Skills
* 3 - 15 years experience in Core Java/ Java server side technologies
* Thorough knowledge in Object Oriented Design concepts and UML. 
* Experience in developing and debugging server side applications – JBoss / Spring/Hibernate
* Knowledge of SOAP protocol and its handling in Servlets (preferably experience using XFire Servlets)
* Experience in leading teams.
* Familiar with estimation, project planning and tracking and potential to handle customer communications independently
* Experience in Real-Time Embedded Systems development

Desirable Skills
* Experience in Real-time/embedded development
* Working knowledge on DTV/STB/Telecom Domain.
* Exposure to OCAP/MHP/ Interactive TV standards
* Experience in Embedded Systems/ J2ME
* Experience with server profiling tools like YourKit
